Raynox is the leading brand of the Japanese company Yoshida Industry Co. Ltd., which started its activity in 1963 and is still running today. In the past, Raynox enjoyed prestige through its top-quality lenses, attested to by many old photography magazines that published some of its products as important releases between the enthusiastic sixties and seventies.

Living up to its name, in more recent years Raynox has managed to hold a special place in the market mainly for its adapter rings and conversion lenses targeted from the casual point-and-shoot camera user to the accomplished professional. Other brand names under Yoshida Industries include Rubimat, Polaris and Upsilon, among others. The result is single-name branding or sometimes combination naming, such as ",Raynox Rubimat.",

In this regard, the German company Beroflex was also noted for selling several lenses of Raynox under its own brand name, further enlarging the scope of such quality optics. Whether you are a professional or an aspiring photographer, the products offered by Raynox come up with versatile solutions to enhance your imaging experience.
