Superb on a camera designed for it (Nikon). Lens works superbly on a Nikon D810, very good on a Nikon Df. There is a ray angle problem on the Sony A7R and A7II as well as when adapted to a Leica M-P 240 - some smearing in the corners and purple color fringing on edges and corners. But - when it is on Nikon D810, I am very happy. The lens is huge compared to the Distagon ZM 2.8 15mm which I tried on my M-P 240 and found that it is good for film or B&W only, due to major color fringing and smearing with any color sensor. I can use the 15mm ZM on my Leica Monochrom, however, so I guess I'm keeping it as well as the Distagon 15mm ZF.2.
