Fujinon XF 14mm f/2.8 R

Great Lens The Fuji primes are great lens and this one stunning. The 21mm equivalent gives a unique perspective and is a must for you collection. I recently returned from Ireland and I took My Xpro 1 and X Pro 2, 18- 135 mm, 23 mm f 1.4 and the 14 mm f 2.8. I walked around with the 18 -135 mm with the Xpro 2 on my shoulder and didn't have to worry about the rain. The 14 mm was attached to my X Pro 1 in my water proof bag and I pulled it out when I needed that ultra wide angle. I used the 23mm f 1.4 to shoot at night. Every thing fit into a small bag. Great combo. I thought about getting the 10 - 24 mm f 4, I'm sure it's a great lens but the 14 mm is small and light and that's what attracted me to mirrorless. If you get it I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

A must have lens - Fuji' best wide angle offering for sharpness, price and quality. Fuji's most underrated lens! Plenty wide enough, with a true rectilinear field of view = straight lines stay straight with no distortion. Compared to other wide angle lenses, it is extremely sharp right into the corners at all apertures with absolutely no smearing. I have gotten rid of a 10-24 in favor of this glass. Also very compact, with a depth of field scale, and 58mm threads for less expensive filters.

Small form factor, weather sealed, fast and bright! Wide and accurate field of view. Great glass for street photography. Accurate color for my use with a sharp focus. Reasonably quick in autofocus. Weather sealed.
