Great lens at a great price. this is one of the earlier Leica "telephoto" lenses. it is also one of the best, lightest and most compact. with the addition of the Leica "macro extension" it makes an excellent macro lens. the lens is sharp, as you would expect from a Leica, through all f stops including the edges whether wide open or "stopped down". ALSO, it is one of the least expensive of the Leica lenses...an excellent buy!
