Pentax SMC 6x7 165mm f/2.8

One of the best lens available in the Pentax system! Yet Another Excellent Pentax 67 Lens As with a lot of the Pentax 67 lenses this one does not disappoint. I brought it because I usually work in low lighting conditions or I am after a narrow DOF and this lens delivers it with it's huge F/2.8 aperture. After a few pictures with it at more reasonable apertures it is razor sharp and even when it's wide open it's still sharp (when your subject is within the very narrow margins of the DOF that is). The only real niggle is throughout most of the aperture settings there is half stops between each aperture setting (F/8 then another click then F/11 for example) between F/2.8 and F/5.6 there is 2 clicks instead. I've not managed to work out whether it's F/2.8, F/4, another click then F/5.6 or what. Only a minor point though.
