Reviews
Good value and very sharp The macro lens for the price paid is extremely good value. It has to be used with an adapter for Micro 4/3. Although it is not fast in focusing, when it focuses, the image is very sharp and a good bokeh is obtained. For a person who is on a very limited budget but who wishes to have a lens for macro, this lens is recommended. It is also light - which to me is good as I intended to carry it with me on my travels. It is suitable for my needs because all I want to take is flowers and spiders. if I want a faster lens for macro for butterflies, I have the Canon 100mm USM f2.8 which I fix to my Canon 50D, but it is too heavy for travel. .
Strange looking lens, but works great! When I first opened the box, I thought this lens was missing a front element because of its very strange appearance, but that is actually how it's meant to look! Works well on my dad's Olympus OM-D E-M1 camera and it's supposed to be an extremely sharp lens. What's really cool is that you can use it with the Olympus Four Thirds teleconverters for even more magnification!
Very nice Very sharp images for a lower priced lens a must have for the serious photographer
