Beauty in Distortion Great fun capturing scenes of distortion with this 16mm F/2.8 fisheye lens. Best use is on a full frame A-mount SONY or Minolta AF Film camera. Lens also works on Sony APS-C where distortion is softened.

Amazing fisheye for the money... This lens, while originally for the Minolta, works great with my Sony A65. It takes super sharp photos without horrible distortion seen in many cheaper fisheyes. Try the Sony at a shop and buy the Minolta at a savings, same lens!

Awesome lens! I've been using this lens for several weeks now and it is already one of my favourites. It has travelled with me on bushwalks, overseas trips and to family events. This lens is so creative, so versatile and just so much fun. I don't know why I waited so long to buy one. Excellent image quality but it does have a tendency towards lens flare so pay attention to the direction of strong light sources.
