But the 24mm is a great angle for close up portraits, landscapes, night skies and the 1.4 f/stop allows for some very exciting play in your composition and style. This lens will allow you to expand your shooting, experiment with fantastic results, and become an essential part of your kit. +++ lens for Night shooting-Time lapse- Long exposure- star trails- landscape- close up 10 ft. portraits +++ Long exposure, Night Shots - heavy, manual only, 24mm is sometimes too wide for every day shooting. +cannot find any mechanical or technical faults with this lens, it is A+++ in quality.
