Amazing lens and service! I am incredibly satisfied with the lens, all it came with, and the great customer service given by Digital Goja. The Sigma 18-300 mm lens certainly is worth the price. As someone who loves to travel, and travels a lot, the lens is perfect with it's incredible range and versatility. For anyone who wants to travel light and not have to frequently change lenses every time you switch scenery or subject, this is the ideal lens. Because of the range and compactness of this lens, it is fairly heavy and it takes a little more force than other lenses to extend the zoom. But this also means it is durable and strong. One downside is that it sacrifices some image quality and sharpness compared to fixed lenses, but easily makes up for this with its versatility. This specific fathers day deal comes with, along with everything listed, the Sigma USB Dock and a Close up Lens for great macro shots. Having a such a close focus point of just 15 inches (i was able to shoot even closer) it is great for not only telephoto shots, but macro shots as well. It truly is the perfect lens for all around use.
Great lens if just a tad heavy It's a great lens with a fantastic range of zoom. I find it kind of fighting me when I'm zooming in and out, I'm hoping there will be a little less friction over time. The sharpness of the lens over the entire range is rather sharp only losing some sharpness at the far reach of the zoom but just a tad and still leaves a perfectly usable image. I'm using this on a Sony a6500 with the MX converter. The lens itself is weigh heavier than I was expecting but since it is rather compact I can deal with it :-) I have the lens mage stabilizer on and the stabilizer on the camera on as well and finding it useful to keep camera shake to a minimum. If you can be happy with the weight of the lens and its stiff zoom you'll love this lens for it's usability and utility
Awesome Lens I love the wide scope of zoom on this lens. The range of 18-300 is a great all around lens for daily use. It is crisp and sharp with my Nikon D7500
