Beautiful optics, razor thin depth of field and warm tones make this a great cinematic lens So these lenses can not be repaired. They are simply not financially reasonable to repair. If you drop the lens the entire aperture will fall apart. You will need to buy a new lens at that time. However if you are careful and you want warm images that dance in front of the viewers. Then this is your lens. The most affordable Cine lenses that are not coated with "blueish" lens coatings. Not as durable as Rokinon, but a better crisper image quality.
