Great value for street photos and scenery photos. Besides fish eye lens, this is the widest A mount APS-C size lens. It's low cost. It's effective. It's easy to use. It doesn't have focusing motor build in, so focusing is not quiet, and it's kinda slow. If you are taking scenery pictures, that should not be a problem because the focus ring marks end at 3 meters. The next mark is infinity, so it should not take that long to focus.

The image quality is crisp from image corner to corner. There is little to no distortion around the edge of the image where the fisheye effect is strongest.

Utilizing a hot shoe mounted flash resolves this issue. I specialize in architectural photography, so this lens will be very handy. Wide enough, yet manageable to avoid distortion issues.
