Reviews
good lens Took it out for a few test shots this weekend. It performed as I was expecting. Auto-Focus was slow and quirky when zoomed to 300mm but worked much better at lower focal lengths. I will probably use a tripod and manual focus with this lens anyway, so that won't be an issue. I shoot mainly lanscapes so there is no real need for speed. I have other lenses for that. Image quality was excellent. I will get some milage out of this lens.
Nice zoom on a budget A little chunky for the micro four thirds platform (with adapter), and has trouble finding focus handheld. Overall a good value and great zoom starter. I would have saved for the micro 75-300 if I had to do it over.
Good llong-range lens for the money.. This is a good long-range lens for the money. Used mine with a micro 4/3rds adapter for my Olympus OMD E10 Mark II. It is not a great low light lens - hunts a bit in auto focus, but in normal daylight it is very acceptable. Images are sharp up to about 200mm and becomes a bit soft in the longer ranges. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
