With a lens filter diameter of 60 mm you are one step from the next standard filter size, buy step-up ring and bigger filter you may want to use a step-up ring and 67 or 77mm filter. 62 mm long, this small lens should be always in the camera bag. Leica lens luxury and a must for lovely low light photography. Great lens to have for a Leica M camera addict. It's performance in low light is incredible. Focusing is difficult and maybe just a tad off for the M8 or M9. The price is outrageous, even for my 30 year old version I just received. But the newer Noctilux versions are even more outrageous. If you like to shoot at night or indoors, its great. For outdoors, works also. The bokeh is extremely nice.

After Repair, Great Lens I had to put a considerable amount of money into getting this lens adjusted. First it was front focusing, then back focusing. DAG camera repair got it working great, but it did not arrive in great condition.
