So useful for video This lens offers great amount of flexibility if you are shooting video Looks great if you are going for that look (like the other Leica r will have character and details, not as contrasty and sharp then modern lenses) Sometimes I wish of course that the lens would have a smaller aperture but cannot have everything. Also you have to consider the price. But all the Leica r prices are moving up. So just figure out your needs and if you go for it you will come to love it too
